Deleting your Auralook account
From the app
- Open Auralook and go to Profile in the bottom menu.
- Tap Delete account at the very bottom of the page.
- Enter your password and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
If you can’t access the app
Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account with the subject “Account deletion”. After confirming the account is yours, we delete it within 30 days and let you know.
What is deleted
- Your account (email address, password hash), all sessions and password reset records.
- Your cloud wardrobe backup: items, photos, saved outfits, plans, profile details, profile photo and personal model image.
- Outfit and product images generated only for you.
What is kept
- Image usage records (count, date, cost) are kept for accounting but are anonymized and can’t be linked to you.
- Shared cached images that another user also requested may remain.
- Data on your phone stays on your phone; to remove it, choose Profile → “Reset everything” in the app or delete the app.
- Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a store subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
