Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Auralook mobile app (the “App”) provided by Breed Software LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App you accept these terms. How your personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Auralook is a style app that helps you digitize your wardrobe, get outfit suggestions based on the weather and your day, and see your outfits in realistic images generated with artificial intelligence. Suggestions and scores are for information only; they don’t guarantee that an outfit suits a particular occasion, taste or need.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App; if you are under 18, you must use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password confidential. If you think your account has been used without permission, change your password and contact us.
- You can delete your account at any time via Profile → “Delete account”.
3. Content you upload
- You keep the rights to the photos and videos you upload. So that we can provide the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission, valid while your account is open, to store and process this content, pass it to our artificial intelligence service provider and generate images for you.
- You may only upload content that belongs to you or that you have permission to use.
- A personal model may only be created from photos of yourself. You may not upload photos of another person without their explicit permission, and you may not upload photos of children.
- You may not upload content that contains nudity or sexual content, is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or contains hate speech or harassment.
4. Images generated with artificial intelligence
- Outfit images, product images and the personal model are generated automatically with artificial intelligence. Color, texture, cut, size and a person’s appearance may differ from reality; the images are not a reliable basis for purchase or sizing decisions.
- You may use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use them to misrepresent, impersonate or create misleading content about a real person.
- The artificial intelligence may sometimes fail to produce the requested result or may decline a request for safety reasons.
5. Free use, Auralook Pro and image packs
- The wardrobe, scoring, outfit suggestions, capsule analysis and planner are free. On a free account, outfits are shown with your item photos; a welcome image is included when you sign up. Previously generated images served from the cache never count against any allowance.
- Auralook Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Each month it includes a set number of outfit images on a model, studio product photos and personal model creations; the current numbers are shown in the App on the purchase screen. Unused monthly allowances don’t roll over. The subscription length and price are shown on the store screen before you buy.
- If a free trial is offered, the subscription starts as a paid subscription unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Image packs are one-time purchases that add non-expiring images to your account. Pack images are used once your monthly allowance runs out and are independent of the subscription.
- Purchases are linked to your Auralook account; on another device, sign in with the same account and use “Restore purchases”.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device’s store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund policies and are requested through those stores.
- Changes to prices or image allowances apply to your existing subscription only through the store’s notice and consent process.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the App or our servers to reverse engineer them, send automated or bulk requests, try to exceed your image allowance, use access keys embedded in the App for other purposes, disrupt the service, or try to access other people’s accounts.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its design, software, name and logo belong to Breed Software LLC. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the App personally; they don’t transfer any other rights.
8. Availability and liability
- The App is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every suggestion or image will meet your expectations. We may change, improve or remove features.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This limitation doesn’t apply to damages caused by intent or gross negligence or to your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time. What happens to your data after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Store terms
If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where these terms conflict with it, the EULA governs your rights with respect to Apple. Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the App. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will inform you in the App and, where required, ask for your acceptance again. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
